By law you are not allowed to insure a car with more than one insurance company, therefore we cannot insure your car while it is under our care. The onus falls on you to let your insurance company know that your car is parked at our premises.

Garden Route Valet Parking or any of its employees will not be held liable for any loss of or damage to property or held responsible for any injury or loss of life sustained.

For security reasons, we cannot disclose the address of our secure parking facility.

Garden Route Valet Parking will under no circumstances be held responsible for any damage or loss to tyres or alloy wheels.

A cancellation fee will be payable to Garden Route Valet Parking if a booking is not honoured and it was not cancelled at least 12 hours in advanced.

If your vehicle’s LOW FUEL light is on, we will put a R100.00 worth of fuel in which will be added to your bill. An additional service fee of R30 will be added to your bill as well.

It is the client’s responsibility to notify Garden Route Valet Parking of the time they will arrive at the George Airport, and we will not be held liable for any late delivery of the vehicle’s if not notified.

By making a booking with Garden Route Valet Parking, the client acknowledges that he/she accept these terms and conditions.

We urge customers to make a note of their odometer reading, while transporting your car to our premises; we will never drive more than 40 km unless on your written instruction.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation, the full amount paid will be issued as credit toward your next booking. Cancellations made after 48 hours are non-refundable and will not be credited. Please note that cash refunds are not provided. There is a cancellation fee of R350. 

Use of GRVP Drivers
Your vehicle may be driven and parked by GRVP personnel for the purposes of collection, delivery, or service. All GRVP drivers take reasonable precautions to ensure the safe handling and return of your vehicle.

Please note: Some insurance policies specify named drivers only. It is the vehicle owner’s responsibility to inform their insurance provider of this arrangement. GRVP will not be held liable for insurance claims declined due to policy limitations or lack of disclosure.
